Community comprehensive plan
WELCOME TO THE city of cranston's community COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WEBSITE
The City of Cranston is required by the State of Rhode Island to update its Comprehensive Plan every 10 years. The process is headed by the City's Planning Department and guided by the Planning Commission. Cranston's Community Comprehensive Plan analyzes historic trends, current data, community input, and various projective models that culminates in a visionary report on what Cranston will ideally look like in 20 years.
